Lots of interesting and inspiring quilts to see such as log cabin, pineapple, dutchman's puzzle, snail's trail,school house and more traditonal blocks which are machine sewn in to a minature replica of a large quilt.

Projects in the Works
Working from an organized pile of fabric...not.
Working from a messy pile of fabric.
I carefully select tones and colours of batik fabric to make a New York Beauty Quilt.
Once the blocks are made. They are arranged to compliment side by side to each other and as a whole piece. The blocks are 2.5 inches square, the points are paper pieced. I top stitch the large and small curves with invisible thread.
Here is a peek of the top assembled.
Pretty eh!
